TERMS OF DELIVERY

DELIVERY IN LITHUANIA

We ship the goods within 2-5 working days after payment. The goods are delivered to the buyer using Omniva, LP Express postal machines or Lithuanian Post services. Goods are delivered through post machines in 1-2 days, and by mail in 5-10 days. Custom order delivery times may take some time. The delivery term is negotiated separately with the customer.

DELIVERY ABROAD

We send abroad by registered mail. We ship orders within 2-5 business days after payment. The duration of delivery depends on the country to which the parcel is going, for a more precise term, ask the post office of your country. The recipient of the order, you are responsible for all import taxes, customs and local taxes applicable in your country. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the buyer has no right to make claims against the seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity. In all cases, the seller is released from responsibility for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the buyer or are delivered late due to the buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the seller's control. The buyer must immediately inform the seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or the wrong amount of them, incomplete product package. The buyer must e-mail to provide photos of the damaged package and/or item(s) to the seller by mail. If the goods are returned to the seller due to the fault of the buyer with an incorrectly specified or inaccurate address, or if the goods are returned to the seller without taking them from the post office within the maximum storage period, the buyer must pay the costs of re-sending to the seller, and if the goods were returned from the post office or courier - cover the seller and the goods return costs. If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment again (i.e. after demanding a refund for the goods), the money for the shipment is not returned to the buyer.

RETURN CONDITIONS

If you don't like or don't like a purchased product that doesn't have precious metals (silver clasps or other details), you can return it or exchange it for another one. www.mamazal.lt is guided by the "Rules for returning and exchanging items, approved in 2001 June 29 by order of the Minister of Economy no. 217". www.mamazal.lt e-mail You can return or exchange a product purchased in a boutique within 14 calendar days of purchasing the product. The 14-day return/exchange policy does not apply to custom or modified items. Email us letter to the address info@mamazal.lt and inform about the intention to return or replace the product with other products. The returned item must be unused, in its original and undamaged packaging. You will have to take care of shipping the product. After receiving the returned product, we undertake to transfer the money to your account within 7 working days or exchange the product with another one.
